Martyn Pearce

Managing Director

Martyn's skill set is financial, technical and production. He qualified as an Accountant and entered the NZ Dairy Industry, where he worked as a Management Accountant for the NZ Milk Corporation. Martyn then went on to buy into the health food business in 1992 with a joint venture with Natural Vitamins Ltd. This company began selling Zela to the NZ market in 1997. Martyn and his partner established York Nutrition Laboratories in 1999. He has recently taken control and renamed the business Epicure Natural Limited in 2011, and took over the Zela business from Natural Vitamins Ltd.

Martyn is a nationally ranked cross country cyclist and coach and passionate about good nutrition and exercise.

Simon Campion

Director, Marketing

Simon's skill set is in Sales, Marketing, Channel Development and project management.

Simon qualified as chef, and quickly swapped his knives for a calculator and entered into the commercial world of exporting and importing food products. Simon has held senior positions both in New Zealand and North America. He has sought out new opportunities bringing innovative products to a wide range of clients, many who have continued to do business with him for over 20 years. His cornerstone for success has been a steadfast focus on innovation and client satisfaction.

David Bayliss

Food Technologist

David possesses 25 years of applying food technology across a broad cross-section of food industry companies. He has been the food technologist involved in two NZ Food Awards including one Supreme award.

David is qualified with a B.Technology (Food), Massey University; B.B.S (Management), Massey University and is a Professional Member, NZ Institute of Food Science and Technology and Past Chairman of Quality Assurance Division of NZIFST.

Daniel Zhang

Sales Manager, Greater China Region

Daniel qualified as an Engineer and became increasingly interested in exporting products to China. Over the past 10 years, Daniel has achieved a number of marketing successes with innovative products and has a strong client base throughout the major provinces of China. Daniel is focused on introducing Zela Health nutritional products to many of these same clients and spends much of his time travelling between his offices in New Zealand and China.

David Joon Chang

Sales Manager, Korea, Japan & Taiwan

With offices in Seoul and Los Angeles, Joon has extensive experience in the import and export industry. Joon already represents many large multinational companies and over the past 20 years has helped many of these brands achieve market leadership. Joon is a regular visitor to New Zealand and appreciates the opportunity presented by Zela Health and is focussed on building and supporting a dynamic distribution channel.

Alistair Campion

International Sales Director

Located in the Philippines, Alistair has held senior management positions in the Information Technology and the food industry for over 30 years. Alistair currently operates with offices in Australia and Manila and is responsible for the technology behind Zela Health and for product sales in Australia, South East Asia, India and the Middle East.
